Post Road Trip - June 23, 2022

So I have a ton of things to say about this journal post as it has been a lot. I would like to start off saying that my website https://logicism.tv/ and https://pablobot.net/ for my discord bot is officially up and awesome. So all of my website code is hand coded and I don't use a template, except for using some elements such as Bootstrap and FontAwesome but everything else, the layout and the site data, is now my own code. I have as well been keeping updates to my software and it's absolutely been amazing and fun to work with. On another hand, I have finished Spring semester with A's and 1 B which is amazing but yet also hard since it's not easy to keep up with assignments but it's worth it for the degrees. I have contacted my college counselor and she said that my grades have been wonderful and that I'm eligible for two degrees which is awesome. So I definitely enjoyed it and I'm finishing this fall to finish my college career but I have to finish two summer courses before I graduate. On another hand, I started recently working online as a freelancer for a trading card game company, which is awesome since they have signed a contract with me and I am now on my journey to getting more better offers and opportunities to work in Graphic Design. I earned about $250 since the day I started which is on April 29, which I forgot to post about back then. Another topic is, that I mentioned in last journal post that I was going on a road trip to Merced and then San Francisco. Due to circumstances and such going on, I never ended up going to San Francisco but I did go to Merced and meet my cousins. As soon as I came in to Merced, the vibes were honestly different and their house was very spacious. I had a lot of fun spending time with them, especially going to places such as the Merced Mall, which we ended up spending a ton of time at the Arcade and we just played a ton and earned prizes which was awesome, Antique Shop, Ice Cream, Restaurants, such as Sizzler, and a Mexican restaurant, and Stores such as the super market, and Boba Tea. I found my older cousin, Kevin, and my younger cousin, Arielle, to be the most relatable honestly since we both have the same distinct personalities, such as being a night owl and being on the computer 24/7, which I found was too exciting since I didn't realize how much I could have a huge tight bond than my cousins on my moms side. My cousins as well, they enjoyed the stay that we had and they appreciated it which made me also very happy. We ended up also playing a lot of Switch, including Just Dance and Mario Party which was absolutely fun. I ended up staying up the last day because I had to just for saving myself from having motion sickness going home, which happened to me two times going to Merced. The fact that they knew I spoke Tagalog, my aunt mentioned how I was cute and they were happy, as I was as well. We also had a cook off and made steak between me and my cousin and I baked potatoes too, it was absolutely fun and I enjoyed it. My sister and I want to come back but as much as we want to, it'll have to wait since it's not the end of us meeting each other. I felt like I was at home and I felt awesome just going to there and visiting the places, just felt really awesome as the people there were absolutely nice.

Invested in Star Wars? - November 28, 2022

Ever since my friend Nidoquake decided to gift me Disney+, it made a huge Star Wars fan and I am totally now a fan always. I may have bought several Star Wars things that I am very happy about. I bought so far a Darth Vader costume including the mask, the gloves, and the lightsaber, whom I went as for Halloween as part of a Halloween stream I did with Nidoquake and others. I also did buy LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga which was worth the price I paid for streaming the game as Darth Vader. Hello 2022.

This has been a few months since I have posted. I am now 3 days aways from my third driving lesson that I have taken and bought with Nik Driving School. The instructor named Ms. Ramesh was so kind that basically she was super patient with me and didn't yell at all. It was honestly super pleasing to learn how to drive, but at first I wanted to punch myself back then because my brain didn't want to accept it but then when the 2nd time came, it was easier as I talked to my father and remembering his words helped. On November, I got to meet my uncle from the Philippines for the first time in 10 years or longer. When he first met me, he gave me money as a gift for us not meeting in a long time. It was very unexpected but I did have fun celebrating parties with them and it was a great time. The reason why he visited was because he wanted to see my grandfather in the funeral. Smallish Updates - August 13, 2022

So today I decided to make a small update to my journal since I thought it would be perfect to post one. First off, updates on work is that now I have more than one person who is asking for work and it is perfect since the more jobs I have, the more I am able to grow bigger as a graphic designer and able to make more money that way. As I got more opportunities to work on projects like posters and banners, it makes me feel more happier as it is fun coming up with ideas on layouts and also how to personally find my own unique individualistic style. Secondly, I would like to mention something that I forgot to mention before in May which was a big part of me but it's alright. Around the end of May, my step-uncle was having mental health issues and he was dealing with a ton of anxiety and panic attacks.
